婦科檢查

自從上次被胸部小小的囊腫虛驚一場後
我仍然抗拒著去看婦科醫生做檢查
原本以為時間一久就可以慢慢拖延而後遺忘掉
兩個星期前華特先生因為背痛復發
我陪他去看我們的家庭醫生
才知道他其實一直惦記著
還在醫生面前打我的小報告
最後還逼我在他們面前保證我隨後一定會去預約看診
我也只好乖乖地照做了

雖然有著護理的背景
我還是有點膽怯去看婦科
或許就是因為以前曾在婦產科實習了解整個過程
更讓我心生畏懼而不斷的想逃避吧
除了心裡感覺怪怪的
生平第一次的婦科檢查其實不算太壞
感謝家庭醫師推薦了溫柔的女醫生給我

當我在填寫基本資料的文件時
除了一些讓人臉紅心跳的問題外
有個問題使我猶豫了幾秒鐘

Sexual: Yes__ No__
Physical: Yes__ No__
Mental: Yes__ No__
過去一段惡夢般的回憶一下子全湧進腦海
我決定照實填寫選了Physical
心裡以為只是紙上作業而已

看診時醫生突然問我
“Who abused you?”
“My ex-boyfriend”
又接著告訴我現在每四個女人就有一個是受虐婦女
如果有需要幫助務必要跟她說
看的出來她是個很熱心的醫生
後來問到老公對我好不好在他身邊是不是有安全感
我不經思考皆是肯定的回答
現在想想才驚覺華特先生所帶給我的幸福
已經將我曾經破碎的心全都瘉合了

曾經被惡魔傷害過的我
以為人生從此沒了目標
即使好不容易走了出來
午夜的惡夢仍不時讓我心驚膽跳
我也從悲痛中學到了保護自己的重要
然後華特先生走進我的生命
全心全意用愛呵護著我
他讓我了解
原來這才是天堂
